New simple pivot report for Salary by CIP | AAUDE

Because a couple of people have commented on the absense of the Excel pivot reports for the Salary by CIP data, I created a simple version to fill the gap.  To use the file, users must (1) export the data from the Web Front End and (2) create a series of calculated fields.  It is available on the Salary by CIP web page for anyone who is interested.
